Purchasing Policies:

 When purchasing an item, please take the time to read the item's description carefully. This will help to prevent unnecessary and costly returns that drive prices up for everyone. We work very hard to keep prices down for you.

• Please pay close attention to the estimated shipping times that are provided in each item's description. Most of our bedding items are made to order and shipping times vary according to the manufacturer of each item.

• To save you as much time and money as we possibly can, your items will ship to you directly from the manufacturer. This is especially cost effective and time saving with made to order and special order items.

• Any cancellation of an order must be done within 48 hours of placing the order. Once orders are placed with manufacturers and production of an item or items has begun, it may not be canceled. If for any reason, an item is canceled after the 48 hour period from purchase, there will be a service fee of 20% of the total merchandise order charged, for failure not to notify us in time to stop the production of the item or items purchased. No Exceptions! 

• Though everyone tries to keep accurate inventories, it is impossible to predict supply and demand for many items, and especially at peak busy seasons. Should an item be out of stock, shortage of fabric to produce an item, etc., we will notify you as quickly as possible concerning your order. You will have the option to wait for the item to become available with an estimated time for in stock status, or to receive an immediate refund via the same means to which you paid for your order.

Please Note: - Legal issues are only posted here as a preventative - Beyond Bedding USA, does not expect any legal issues to arise, but have went to great lengths to protect you and ourselves in the event that one of these issues should occur. Refusal of Package

This is the same as an unauthorized return.  If you refuse a package after the tracking ID has been sent, you will meet with a
35-50% restocking fee, plus shipping.  Legal action, including placing your account for collection will be taken for refusal of
packages after 15-30 days if the restock fee is not paid. 

Policy on Charge Backs

Charge backs on any item when given an Order/ Confirmation number as soon as you purchase your item or items will automatically meet with a 50.00 Service charge fee. Fees will not be taken out through a credit card
company, instead legal action can and will be taken for the fees, including any applicable lawyer and/or counsel fees. Or if
you have a store credit, those fees will be accessed via that credit. Thank you!

Fraudulent Claims:

Customer damages any goods on purpose to file a fraudulent claim - * note many legal issues regarding this are usually
taken care of by the postal service of which a claim was filed (ie. Ups, FedEx, USPS, etc..), however if a customer does this,
beyondbeddingusa.com  will help and provide the postal service (ie. Ups, FedEx, USPS, etc..), with any and all documents, photos, or any information regarding the item(s). - Under fraud.

Returns & Exchanges

Please read all descriptions carefully and in their entirety. This will avoid costly unnecessary returns. If what you need to know is not presented, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help assist you with your question or concern.

DO NOT - Ship any item back to us or the manufacturer with out pre-authorization and instructions from us.  Failure to follow this policy can result in forfeiture of your refund or exchange.   We process many orders and we must follow various manufacturers’ policies in order to process your exchange or refund.  If you have any questions, please call our friendly customer service or email us at info@beyondbeddingusa.com

• Stock Items - can only be returned or exchanged for the full value minus shipping to you and back to us if they are in the original packaging in the condition in which you received. 
• Defective or Incorrect Items - However rare it does happen once in a while.  We will ship out a replacement to you at our cost once we have received the defective item back from you.  We will make arrangements to have the item returned to us.  Please have it in the packaging ready for pick up prior to the carrier arriving. Shipping both ways will be our expense as we do not want to inconvenience you for a manufacturer's defect.
• Size or Color - If you are returning an item due to size, color or simply don’t care for it there is a 15% restocking fee.  Third party shipping expenses to and from you will be deducted from your refund.
• Miss-Use in Opening Packages - Please be especially careful opening boxes with soft good inside such as bedding or window treatments.  Use of a knife or box opener may result in damage to the product. We will not grant refunds or credit nor be responsible for miss-use in opening the package resulting in damage. 
• Custom Items and Made to Order Items  - Are usually  noted at the bottom of the items description page as such or as shipped from the manufacturer.  They can only be exchanged for the same item if there is a verifiable manufacturer's defect. We do not accept returns on Special or Made-To-Order items for any other reason, except a manufacturer's defect.
• Area Rugs - Can be returned for color, size or you simply do not care for.  The restocking fee varies per manufacturer. A minimum 15% restocking fee is charged at all times.  The actual cost incurred for shipping the rug to you will be deducted from your refund along with the restocking fee.  The return shipping fee is at your expense.  Be aware an 8' x 10' and larger rugs cost to ship can be up to $92 depending on your location.
• Bedding - Returned or exchanged for color or size.  Must be in the original package and in re-sellable condition.  Sheets and pillow cases are not returnable if the package has been opened, unless it is a verifiable manufacturer's defect.  A 15% restocking and all third party shipping charges to and from will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
• Refunds - Please allow up to 30 days for processing of your refund. All returned items must be inspected and re-packaged prior to issuing refunds.  Once we have verified your item was returned to us in re-sellable condition we will issue the refund to you in the manor the payment was received.  If we find your item has been used or is not in re-sellable condition we reserve the right to return the item to you at your expense.
•  Patch Quilts Return Policy:
  
  Our Return Policy is designed to fairly protect our customers while still respecting the unique qualities of our Handcrafted Quilts.  By their very nature, our Handcrafted Quilts and accessories contain variations one from another. These variations are not a basis for return of the product. On rare occasions you may encounter an item with significant damage that results from mishandling or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please contact us within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the product.
  
  We cannot accept merchandise for exchange after 15 (fifteen) days and we cannot accept any items that have been washed or altered in any way. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#). Any returns without an RMA# will be refused.
  
  There is a 25%, ($25 minimum) restocking fee for anything returned, other than damaged items. All other Store Policies not stated here, do apply.
